Missing Federal acknowledgement report for a Quebec jurisdiction corporation

I noticed that when transmitting my Federal and Quebec corporate returns at the same time, I only see a Quebec acknowledgment report. Why am I not obtaining a Federal acknowledgement report?

You will not obtain a Federal acknowledgement report if you are transmitting both your Federal and Quebec corporate returns simultaneously. Note that even though the Federal acknowledgement report is not received, the client's file is properly updated through the client list and the Progress keyword.

For the time being, we would recommend that you transmit the corporate returns separately in order to obtain the Federal acknowledgement report. More specifically, we advise you to first transmit the Federal return and, once accepted, to transmit the Quebec return.
